This training is an extension of our free resource workbook 'Emotional Armour' which can be downloaded via our 'Free Stuff' tab.  The training includes a PDF with training on how emotional armour can be created, what it might consist of which can be used in conjunction with the workbook.
 
The training is designed to be quick and easy to use yet give you valuable information and resources you can use in the delivery of services.  A very good use of 10 minutes and a break from your day-to-day duties.
